At McKenzie HealthCare Ltd (MHC), we’re proud to provide a warm, welcoming home for up to 72 residents, supported by a dedicated team of over 90 staff. As a privately funded aged care facility in Geraldine, we offer a range of services tailored to the needs of our residents, including Rest Home, Dementia, Hospital Care, Palliative, Respite, Private Convalescent Care and ACC rehabilitation.
Our approach is all about creating a homely environment where our residents can live with dignity and respect, surrounded by caring staff and supported by trusted local GPs, physiotherapists, and podiatrists. We believe that everyone deserves to feel valued, and we are committed to providing the highest quality care, all while keeping the needs of our residents at the heart of everything we do.
At MHC, our philosophy is simple: we believe every person deserves respect, kindness, and dignity. Our staff, driven by compassion and professionalism, are here to advocate for our residents, think critically about their care, and always act with common sense and kindness. Free from the constraints of large corporate care homes, we’re able to focus on truly person centered care.
